The world has become unstable and chaotic. Faced with these circumstances, humanity must embrace order if there is to be any chance to rebuild. This is what the Ordisbelieve. With unwavering dedication, this Faction focuses all its efforts on bringing structure to its environment. Like a sprawling anthill, it strives to build a solid backbone durable enough to support the world in the long term. But the Ordis know that nothing will last unless it is founded on ideals of justice, solidarity and equality.

Each Starter Deck displaycontains 6 different decks. Each deck includes:

• A 40-card deck (1 Hero + 39 non-Hero cards)
• The 5 Adventure cards (this is the only place these appear)
• 15 cardboard game markers
• 1 folded playmats
• A basic rulebook
• 1 Foiler of a random rarity

What is Altered?

Centuries ago, life on Earth changed forever: a cataclysm brought beings from the world of stories and dreams to our reality. We formed new alliances with them, and  together we rebuilt a civilization in the haven of Asgartha. It is now finally time to leave the safety of our walls and explore the altered world. Are you ready to discover what lies Beyond the Gates?

Altered is a two-player trading card game in which each player brings a deck led by a Hero card. The starter decks are ready to play as-is, but you can customize or create new decks from scratch. 

In Altered, you’ll lead two Expeditions as they discover and explore the land surrounding your native peninsula of Asgartha. One of your Expeditions will be led by your Hero, represented by the Hero Expedition marker, and the other one is led by their Companion, represented by the Companion Expedition marker. Your Expeditions will progress towards each other as the game goes on, and your goal is to be the first to have them meet up.
